Supervises non-clinical clinic staff and daily front-desk operations. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, referrals, patient registration, insurance and managed-care compliance, medical records, chart-audit preparation, quality assurance, reporting, customer-service resolution, and clerical staff training. The role may support multiple clinic sites and requires effective communication with patients, families, insurers, physicians, and clinic personnel.

Manages and administers HR functions, including labor-law compliance, personnel policies, benefits, employee records, workers’ compensation, FMLA and medical leave, disciplinary guidance, and workplace risk controls. Maintains confidential personnel information in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies. Supports the HR Director and advises managers on employment practices, compliance, and employee relations. This is an on-site role requiring excellent internal and external customer service.

Provide comprehensive primary and reproductive health care to a diverse community patient population including exams, diagnosis, treatment, preventive counseling, referrals, documentation, after-hours/hospital coverage, participation in quality improvement, and adherence to clinic policies, infection control, HIPAA, and CME requirements.
