Manages and administers HR functions, including labor-law compliance, personnel policies, benefits, employee records, workers’ compensation, FMLA and medical leave, disciplinary guidance, and workplace risk controls. Maintains confidential personnel information in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies. Supports the HR Director and advises managers on employment practices, compliance, and employee relations. This is an on-site role requiring excellent internal and external customer service.

Provide on-site and remote hardware and application support across clinical sites, supporting workstations, printers, EHR/EDR applications, phones and peripherals; manage accounts, inventory, documentation, and occasional after-hours work.

Supervise non-clinical clinic staff and front desk operations, manage scheduling, patient registration, referrals, medical records, managed care compliance, and quality assurance. Train and discipline clerical staff, handle customer service and insurance communications, prepare audit materials, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and report program statistics. Work is performed on-site at designated clinic locations.
