Manage and coordinate the EIT Higher Education Initiative: strategic planning, stakeholder and partnership development, communications, events, and monitoring. Serve as Project Officer for Cohort 5 projects, supporting onboarding, reporting, KPI monitoring, quality assurance, and ecosystem alignment to maximise impact and sustainability.

Own and continuously improve the organisation's information governance and document management architecture (Microsoft 365/SharePoint). Design metadata, taxonomy, access models, retention and DMS processes; translate compliance and legal requirements into solutions; automate workflows; manage vendors and implementations; drive user adoption, training and documentation; and ensure security, privacy, and audit-ready information practices across systems.

Coordinate partner-related operations across the organisation, manage partner onboarding and status, oversee Project Agreement lifecycles, support call and change request processes, develop guidelines, templates and training, and drive process standardization to improve operational efficiency and transparency.

Build and scale a pan-European network of 30–50+ subject matter experts for two Academies. Own sourcing, screening, contracting, onboarding, and audit-ready documentation while ensuring EU procurement and Horizon Europe compliance. Collaborate with instructional designers, support content quality assurance, and feed industry needs analysis into sourcing strategy.

Lead operational delivery and scaling of two European Academies. Translate strategy into plans, manage a multidisciplinary team (~20 via three senior managers), oversee digital learning platforms/LMS, drive learner growth and program quality, manage budgets, KPIs, suppliers, and stakeholder collaboration across Europe to ensure successful Academy performance.

Lead HR operations, employee relations, compliance and audits; draft contracts; manage payroll and HRIS oversight; lead HSE initiatives; develop policies, drive process improvements, and advise managers on employment matters.

Lead and manage circular-economy project portfolios, develop business intelligence and LCA services, secure and manage industry and Horizon Europe contracts, support sales, monitor policy/technical trends, build institutional relationships, and produce communications and publications.

Design, build and maintain interactive BI dashboards, perform exploratory analysis on commodity markets, ensure data quality and pipelines, produce KPIs and insight reports, and support stakeholders with self-service analytics and training.
