Manage the Brussels office’s daily operations, facilities, supplies, vendors, contracts, procurement, invoices, budgets, travel arrangements, and administrative processes. Coordinate internal and external events, including venues, catering, logistics, on-site support, follow-up, and reporting. Serve as a liaison for visitors, partners, suppliers, management, and internal teams while maintaining a professional workplace and resolving operational issues.

Provides independent technical data analyst support for the M2i raw materials intelligence platform. Responsibilities include designing data models and analytical datasets, integrating and validating data sources, developing and optimizing Power BI reports and Microsoft Fabric components, improving refresh performance, implementing access management and usage monitoring, performing quality assurance, documenting technical solutions, and preparing platform enhancements for future releases.

Own and continuously improve the organisation's information governance and document management architecture (Microsoft 365/SharePoint). Design metadata, taxonomy, access models, retention and DMS processes; translate compliance and legal requirements into solutions; automate workflows; manage vendors and implementations; drive user adoption, training and documentation; and ensure security, privacy, and audit-ready information practices across systems.
