Manage daily office operations for Nashville field teams, including phones, email, scheduling, records, supplies, communications, meetings, invoices, expense reports, petty cash, onboarding support, employee profiles in FieldFlo, prequalification packets, project close-out documents, and coordination with managers and field crews.

Manages HR service delivery, including HR inbox triage, employee lifecycle transactions, personnel documentation, benefits administration, reporting, and payroll backup. Coordinates onboarding logistics and data readiness for acquired employees, supports training administration, and ensures timely employee and manager support. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, HRIS and Excel skills, and collaboration with payroll.

Own the company’s AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery of initiatives producing measurable P&L impact. Lead business-case development, vendor selection, implementation, adoption, change management, AI literacy, and cross-functional governance. Partner with executives, IT, Legal, Compliance, HR, and business leaders to deploy AI solutions, manage budgets and vendors, establish guardrails, and measure revenue, margin, cost, risk, and adoption outcomes.
