Leads business analysis for complex software delivery projects, including requirements gathering, process modeling, gap analysis, documentation, stakeholder workshops, testing, training, and solution validation. Manages project deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications while translating business needs into actionable requirements. Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, managing data structures, creating workflows, documenting solutions, and supporting testing, troubleshooting, training, and platform administration. The role partners with clients, performs gap analysis, recommends process improvements, and tracks project deliverables using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.

Develops, tests, deploys, and maintains C# and VB.NET applications, ASP.NET MVC web applications, web services, and database systems. Develop and support Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models, integrations, migrations, and ALM processes. Gather client requirements, translate them into technical designs, perform testing and troubleshooting, and support deployments and upgrades. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments while providing technical guidance, documentation, presentations, and governance recommendations.

Designs and leads scalable enterprise AI and machine learning solutions for clients. Responsibilities include translating business challenges into AI strategies, architecting data pipelines and model-serving systems, selecting cloud platforms and frameworks, guiding implementation teams, establishing AI governance and security standards, optimizing system and model performance, operationalizing LLMs and generative AI, and mentoring engineers.

Performs functional and technical software testing, including creating and executing test cases, reviewing user interfaces, reproducing and tracking defects, and validating requirements across unit, integration, regression, load, and system testing. Collaborates with engineers, business analysts, product owners, project managers, and clients to support delivery, improve quality practices, and ensure project requirements and customer deliverables meet high standards.
