Leads business analysis for complex software delivery projects, including requirements gathering, process modeling, gap analysis, documentation, stakeholder workshops, testing, training, and solution validation. Manages project deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications while translating business needs into actionable requirements. Mentors business analysts, supports sales opportunities, presents solutions, and contributes to improving business analysis practices and delivery processes.

Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, managing data structures, creating workflows, documenting solutions, and supporting testing, troubleshooting, training, and platform administration. The role partners with clients, performs gap analysis, recommends process improvements, and tracks project deliverables using tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.

Develops, tests, deploys, and maintains C# and VB.NET applications, ASP.NET MVC web applications, web services, and database systems. Analyzes requirements, designs software solutions, troubleshoots application issues, supports QA, documents code, uses Git and development management tools, and participates in Scrum ceremonies. The role also contributes to technical proposals, presentations, productivity improvements, and client-facing solution delivery.
