Performs functional and technical software testing, including creating and executing test cases, reviewing user interfaces, reproducing and tracking defects, and validating requirements across unit, integration, regression, load, and system testing. Collaborates with engineers, business analysts, product owners, project managers, and clients to support delivery, improve quality practices, and ensure project requirements and customer deliverables meet high standards.

Senior Business Analyst leads requirements gathering, business process modeling, gap analysis, documentation, stakeholder workshops, and solution validation for complex software delivery projects. The role manages project deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications; creates requirements, user stories, test scripts, manuals, and training materials; supports sales opportunities; presents solutions; mentors analysts; and drives process improvements.

Develops, tests, deploys, and maintains C# and VB.NET applications, ASP.NET MVC web applications, web services, and database-connected solutions. Responsibilities include translating requirements into technical designs, troubleshooting existing systems, supporting quality assurance, using Git and project management tools, documenting code, participating in Scrum ceremonies, and presenting technical information. The role also contributes to proposals, technical content, productivity improvements, and client-focused software solutions.
