Lead end-to-end design across digital channels including campaigns, websites, landing pages and internal comms. Own the design system in Figma, mentor junior designers, collaborate with marketing stakeholders, research trends and integrate AI tools to improve creative output and workflow.

Own Eightcap's global social presence: plan and run organic and paid campaigns across major platforms, create visual content, localise messaging for regions, track performance, build community, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Manage the full retail client lifecycle from onboarding to active trader, provide relationship-led account management and market guidance, resolve client issues, maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records, work with Compliance, and meet individual and team KPIs to drive retention and growth.

Lead enhancement of risk infrastructure and automation, analyze historical trading data, administer MT4/MT5 and third-party trading tech, collaborate on hedging and mitigation strategies, prepare reports for Head of Risk, and mentor team members.

The Sales Account Manager will support growth through client acquisition and relationship management, focusing on trading clients while maintaining compliance and exceeding KPIs.
