Own and evolve multi-account AWS infrastructure using Terraform, build CI/CD platforms with GitHub Actions, and develop secure engineering standards. Responsibilities include cloud security, compliance automation for SOC 2 and ISO 27001, observability, reliability engineering, incident response, infrastructure reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires on-call participation and occasional out-of-hours maintenance.

Design, build, and own cloud-based data pipelines and lakehouse infrastructure using Python, SQL, PySpark, dbt, and AWS. Ensure data quality, security, governance, compliance, performance, and reliability across production systems. Monitor and troubleshoot incidents, support API, streaming, and CDC ingestion, contribute to platform architecture, evaluate new technologies, mentor engineers, and lead technical projects in a regulated financial environment.

Provides English-language customer support through email, live chat, and telephone. Handles account management inquiries, troubleshoots issues, updates client accounts, documents feedback, escalates unresolved matters, and collaborates across teams. The role also supports process improvements and requires empathy, clear communication, analytical problem-solving, flexibility, and attention to detail.
