Uses funnel, cohort, segmentation, statistical, and behavioral analysis to develop experimentation roadmaps, execute A/B and multivariate tests, and deliver revenue-focused recommendations. Owns GA4, Shopify, BigQuery, SQL, Looker dashboards, analytics integrity, reporting, ROI and growth modeling, personalization, and AI-enabled experimentation. Partners with UX, design, and development teams, presents findings to clients, oversees contractors, and manages multiple engagements.

Leads end-to-end delivery of Shopify commerce projects across multiple client accounts. Defines scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables; coordinates distributed teams and resources; manages risks, change orders, utilization, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Facilitates production workflows, meetings, reporting, KPI dashboards, and client alignment while ensuring projects meet quality, scope, schedule, and budget objectives.
