The role is full-time onsite in Nyon, Switzerland, with relocation required.

Own the functional safety lifecycle for hydrogen fuel cell systems from concept through release. Lead hazard and risk analyses, define safety goals and requirements, verify safety mechanisms and safe states, perform SIL/PL/ASIL assessments, and prepare safety cases and certification documentation. The role interfaces with certification bodies, customers, and engineering teams while promoting functional safety practices across hardware, software, and controls.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across the organization, including sourcing, interviews, offers, pipeline development, and candidate experience. Support onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, benefits and payroll coordination, HR reporting, and operational projects. Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to build scalable people processes, maintain accurate systems, handle confidential information, and improve recruiting and onboarding effectiveness.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for industrializing fuel cell products in the United States. Duties include transferring processes from Switzerland, commissioning manual assembly and roll-to-roll equipment, developing controlled documentation, qualifying processes, specifying tooling, troubleshooting production issues, supporting suppliers, and improving throughput, yield, OEE, and cost. The role is hands-on, onsite in Houston, requires collaboration with external manufacturing partners, and involves 30–50% travel, including extended periods in Switzerland.

Own the integrated portfolio schedule, dependencies, critical path, capacity planning, risks, issues, and change management across global projects. Establish project standards and operating cadences, implement and administer a project management platform, build automated dashboards, and provide portfolio visibility to executives. Coordinate Swiss engineering with U.S. manufacturing and operations while driving cross-functional accountability. The role also helps scale the project management function and requires onsite work in Houston with regular international travel.
