Design mechanical components, modules, and assemblies for fuel cell stacks and systems. Create 3D models, detailed drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and engineering changes in PLM. Apply DFM and DFA principles, support prototyping and validation, collaborate with suppliers on manufacturing and tooling, and work with multidisciplinary engineering teams. The role is full-time onsite in Nyon, Switzerland, with relocation required.

Own the functional safety lifecycle for hydrogen fuel cell systems from concept through release. Lead hazard and risk analyses, define safety goals and requirements, verify safety mechanisms and safe states, perform SIL/PL/ASIL assessments, and prepare safety cases and certification documentation. The role interfaces with certification bodies, customers, and engineering teams while promoting functional safety practices across hardware, software, and controls.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across the organization, including sourcing, interviews, offers, pipeline development, and candidate experience. Support onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, benefits and payroll coordination, HR reporting, and operational projects. Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to build scalable people processes, maintain accurate systems, handle confidential information, and improve recruiting and onboarding effectiveness.
