Lead the design, industrialization, validation, and production ramp-up of low-cost, safety-critical embedded and power electronics boards. Responsibilities include design-to-cost, component selection, DFM/DFA/DFT, manufacturing process definition, EMS partner management, testing, qualification, yield improvement, quality control, cost reduction, and technical documentation. The role requires close collaboration with software, safety, manufacturing, purchasing, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Lead the design and industrialization of embedded power and control electronics for airborne and ground defense systems. Own power architectures, converters, motor inverters, energy storage, protection, control algorithms, component selection, high-current PCB layout, thermal design, safety analysis, simulation, validation, EMC qualification, and production readiness. Collaborate with software, mechanical, propulsion, manufacturing, EMS, and safety teams while maintaining engineering documentation and supporting design reviews and industrialization.

Serves as a strategic partner to EGIDE’s founders, driving critical initiatives, fundraising, investor relations, M&A analysis, market research, and cross-functional alignment. The role synthesizes complex defense, technology, and financial information into actionable recommendations, supports external representation, and accelerates execution across the organization. It requires defense-sector expertise, financial rigor, strong communication, and operational effectiveness in a fast-paced startup environment.
