Manages HR, office administration, payroll, statutory obligations, accounting coordination, recruitment, onboarding, equipment procurement, communications, marketing initiatives, trade shows, and events. Supports physical security, export control, security-clearance, and defense-authorization processes while improving internal HR operations and partnering closely with leadership and external providers.

Leads the architecture, design, prototyping, validation, industrialization, and production support of advanced embedded electronic boards. Responsibilities include CPU/GPU/FPGA computing architectures, power electronics, schematic capture, PCB stack-up definition, prototype bring-up, electrical testing, manufacturing preparation, and field-return analysis. The engineer collaborates with software, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams on hardware/software co-design, thermal integration, and mission-critical defense systems.

Serves as a strategic partner to EGIDE’s founders, driving critical initiatives, fundraising, investor relations, M&A analysis, market research, and cross-functional alignment. The role synthesizes complex defense, technology, and financial information into actionable recommendations, supports external representation, and accelerates execution across the organization. It requires defense-sector expertise, financial rigor, strong communication, and operational effectiveness in a fast-paced startup environment.
