Develop and manage compliant, persuasive RFP and RFQ proposals for AEC, environmental, construction, architecture, and professional services pursuits. Responsibilities include vetting opportunities, coordinating subject matter experts, drafting and editing responses, ensuring quality and compliance, managing timelines, overseeing final production, maintaining proposal best practices, and supporting public-sector proposal pursuits and teaming relationships.

Perform forensic investigations of vehicles, equipment, and accident sites to document evidence, analyze causation and damage, prepare detailed technical reports, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and serve as an expert witness. Maintain billable time/expenses, travel as required, and support national forensic projects.

Serves as a communication link among clients, company offices, unions, and shareholder groups. Coordinates client programs, analyzes loss reports and operational conditions, evaluates program effectiveness, identifies risk-reduction opportunities, and recommends process improvements. The role also supports billing workflow optimization, generates and verifies client invoices, and may visit client sites to direct or train management staff.
