Develops creative concepts and produces print, digital, web, presentation, multimedia, and promotional materials for corporate initiatives. Collaborates with sales and marketing, manages websites and content libraries, prepares technical graphics, supports conferences and tradeshows, coordinates printing, researches design techniques, and trains other designers. Requires strong communication, organization, web technology knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Perform forensic investigations of vehicles, equipment, and accident sites to document evidence, analyze causation and damage, prepare detailed technical reports, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and serve as an expert witness. Maintain billable time/expenses, travel as required, and support national forensic projects.

Serves as a communication link among clients, company offices, unions, and shareholder groups. Coordinates client programs, analyzes loss reports and operational conditions, evaluates program effectiveness, identifies risk-reduction opportunities, and recommends process improvements. The role also supports billing workflow optimization, generates and verifies client invoices, and may visit client sites to direct or train management staff.
