Develops regional business opportunities through industry events, networking, market intelligence, lead generation, and relationship management. Evaluates prospective clients, qualifies opportunities, conducts discovery conversations, provides recommendations, nurtures contacts, and supports territory growth. Researches market and competitor activity, manages opportunity data, and communicates insights to internal stakeholders. Requires approximately two years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, CRM familiarity, and travel as needed.

Develop and manage compliant, persuasive RFP and RFQ proposals for AEC, environmental, construction, architecture, and professional services pursuits. Responsibilities include vetting opportunities, coordinating subject matter experts, drafting and editing responses, ensuring quality and compliance, managing timelines, overseeing final production, maintaining proposal best practices, and supporting public-sector proposal pursuits and teaming relationships.

Supports client services by running claims system and data warehouse reports, assembling contracts and renewal documents, modifying corporate structures, preparing stewardship reports, and participating in client meetings. Provides additional departmental support while maintaining quality standards. Requires insurance or claims knowledge, strong communication, analytical, organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, plus four years of related experience including one year as an adjuster.
