EFI Global Benefits Overview

Perform forensic investigations of vehicles, equipment, and accident sites to document evidence, analyze causation and damage, prepare detailed technical reports, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and serve as an expert witness. Maintain billable time/expenses, travel as required, and support national forensic projects.

Serves as a communication link among clients, company offices, unions, and shareholder groups. Coordinates client programs, analyzes loss reports and operational conditions, evaluates program effectiveness, identifies risk-reduction opportunities, and recommends process improvements. The role also supports billing workflow optimization, generates and verifies client invoices, and may visit client sites to direct or train management staff.

After training, perform origin-and-cause fire investigations and forensic loss analysis across Spain, prepare technical reports, collaborate with clients and legal teams, travel occasionally, and use IT tools. Based in Madrid or other Sedgwick offices.
