Design and model building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, using BIM software. Create construction documents, equipment schedules, ductwork layouts, piping diagrams, 2D drawings, and 3D models. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other professionals; perform calculations, simulations, and clash detection; and ensure designs comply with safety standards and building codes.

The GC Engagement Specialist will onboard and support GC Project Managers, ensuring effective use of the platform and maintaining communication throughout projects to enhance user satisfaction.
