Owns cross-portfolio product management for semiconductor hardware and software platforms, translating strategy into datasheets, benchmarks, competitive analyses, evaluation kits, requirements, and vertical technical content. The role defines evaluation readiness, drives platform lifecycle decisions, maintains product and customer commitment records, ensures engineering execution aligns with product intent, and partners with Engineering, Applications, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Candidates need technical depth, customer-facing experience, analytical or automation skills, and the ability to operate effectively across ambiguity.

Design and optimize applications for an energy-efficient processor. Collaborate with the compiler team on performance analysis and application deployment.

Lead test engineering across chip programs including DFT strategy, ATPG and STIL pattern generation, ATE test program development (Advantest/Teradyne), first-silicon bringup, wafer probe and final test coordination with OSATs, yield analysis, load board bring-up, and building scalable test infrastructure for production.

Research and develop performance optimization techniques, AI-assisted optimization tools, and performance analysis for a novel fabric dataflow processor. Design and run simulator-based experiments, collaborate with architecture and compiler teams to influence ISA and code generation, and integrate optimizations into performance libraries and resource-constrained runtime environments.

The Lead STA Engineer will develop timing flows and methodologies for advanced processor technologies, ensuring timing convergence and contributing to the design and production process.

Design and implement compiler features and toolchains to compile ML models to a custom energy-efficient processor. Improve performance, debug compiler issues, write tests, work with ML frameworks, and collaborate with hardware and application teams to optimize compilation, placement, and runtime for TinyML applications.

Work with customers to design, implement, and optimize board-level and embedded solutions using Efficient's low-power architecture. Develop firmware and software across the embedded stack, build reference designs and demos, support customers through development to deployment, and provide field feedback to internal teams. Travel to customer sites and events as needed to enable integrations and ensure successful product adoption.
