Leads clinical trial monitoring and project management activities for medical device studies. Develops project plans, oversees milestones, clinical teams, vendors, and study sites, analyzes trial performance, manages risks and corrective actions, and ensures compliance with GCP, regulations, SOPs, submissions, reporting, and audits. Provides stakeholder communication, leadership, mentoring, and oversight of outsourcing partners while supporting successful clinical project delivery.

Supports complex contract activities from intake through negotiation, approval, amendment, renewal, and termination. Reviews and redlines transactional agreements, evaluates risks and compliance, advises on negotiation strategy, coordinates Legal and cross-functional stakeholders, and improves contracting processes. The role also supports sales pricing and consignment contracts, leads termination reviews, manages competing priorities, and contributes to policy compliance, meetings, workshops, and team leadership.

Manages complex contract reviews, negotiations, redlines, approvals, amendments, renewals, terminations, and compliance processes. Partners with Legal, procurement, compliance, risk management, information security, sales, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, assess risks, recommend negotiation strategies, and improve contracting quality and cycle times. Advises sales teams on pricing strategies and develops sales and consignment contracts.
