Perform compensation analyses, create job profiles, benchmark pay data, participate in compensation surveys, support pay review inquiries, collaborate on projects to identify trends and recommend actions, and provide compensation guidance to HR and business leaders.

Provide hands-on engineering support for transcatheter valve delivery systems: design, fabricate, and test prototypes; develop test methods and protocols; perform measurements and failure analysis; document results; support manufacturing transfer and train staff while ensuring compliance with quality systems.
