Oversees electrical hardware design, project planning, risk mitigation, cross-functional collaboration, technical recommendations, talent development, and delivery of project objectives. The role manages engineering teams, mentors staff, supports regulated medical device development, and coordinates with Quality and Manufacturing. This is a fully on-site position in Irvine, California.

Supports two senior finance executives by managing complex calendars, global travel, meetings, events, presentations, reporting, expenses, and organizational processes. Coordinates Controllership and Treasury activities, prepares briefing materials and communications, tracks key financial dates, and partners with internal and external stakeholders. Handles confidential information with discretion while supporting conferences, executive meetings, onboarding, employee engagement, and cross-functional priorities.
