The role requires advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, database, analytics, and dashboard development expertise, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Supervise manufacturing personnel and production activities across multiple areas. Lead improvement projects, investigations, corrective actions, scheduling, staffing, training, quality and productivity tracking, documentation, and employee relations. Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to achieve production targets and resolve performance issues. Own assembly procedures and project outcomes, mentor supervisors, and support management responsibilities when needed.

Transfers new medical device products into manufacturing by setting up lines, qualifying equipment, validating processes, improving production methods, resolving compliance issues, preparing documentation, and coordinating technician activities. The role develops experiments, analyzes validation results, creates project plans and training materials, and supports production stabilization while maintaining FDA, quality, and environmental health and safety requirements.
