Leads operations and educational programming at a community school site, advising school leadership and coordinating agencies, teachers, families, and community partners. Organizes team meetings, supports school planning, tracks student outcomes and attendance, coordinates assessments and interventions, manages contract data systems, facilitates family engagement, and connects students to health, mental health, counseling, and enrichment services.

Overnight monitor at a 100-bed OASAS residential treatment facility providing safety oversight, medication oversight, crisis intervention, floor checks, HRA/STARS data entry, and administrative shift reporting within a part 820 model of care.

Directs centralized admissions, clinical intake, triage, placement, bed utilization, and outreach across residential, ambulatory, and outpatient behavioral health programs. Supervises intake clinicians and admissions staff, oversees clinical assessments and high-risk cases, ensures compliance with OASAS and healthcare regulations, monitors enrollment and utilization metrics, manages EHR data and reporting, conducts quality audits, verifies insurance authorizations, and develops referral partnerships through community outreach and presentations.

Oversee the 14Y After School Support & Inclusion Program for K-5 students: develop and update Individualized Support Plans, supervise and coach support staff and interns, ensure inclusive classroom practices, manage caregiver communications, handle behavioral crises and restorative interventions, and support program leadership and staff meetings.

Develop and manage grant proposals, reports, budgets, and compliance for foundation, corporate, and government funders. Coordinate with program, finance, and research staff; maintain grant tracking; conduct prospect research; support funder visits; and cultivate funder relationships to secure funding for EA's social service programs.

Manage and maintain child and personnel digital files, ensure data quality and integrity in ChildPlus and DOE systems, run and produce reports for dashboards and funders, support compliance with Head Start/DOE/DOH standards, troubleshoot database issues, and collaborate with program and research teams to improve data-driven decision making.

Coordinate administrative and clinical operations of a 100-bed OASAS-licensed residential treatment facility; supervise motivational enhancement counselors; ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness; oversee facilities, inventory, petty cash, and HRA systems; facilitate groups and evidence-based interventions; coordinate staff coverage and act as site lead in the Clinical Director's absence.

Support afterschool program operations by mentoring students, assisting with homework, supervising transitions and activities, maintaining attendance records, communicating with staff and families, and helping set up and clean up program activities.

Lead afterschool groups (Mon–Fri 2–6pm), mentor school-aged youth, plan and deliver lesson plans and activities across academics, arts, sports and wellness, maintain attendance and safety, collaborate with teachers and staff, participate in events and professional development.

Patrol and monitor CRW premises to prevent theft, violence, and rule infractions; secure doors, respond to alarms and emergencies, provide first aid, operate detection equipment, write incident reports, and support clients (food pantry, de-escalation, referrals).

Provide front-line member service at the 14th Street Y: assist visitors and callers, process membership sales and registrations, manage membership processes and reporting, lead small customer-service trainings, support retention/outreach, and collaborate with membership and sales staff.

Support campers with social, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs at an 8-week outdoor day camp. Attend orientation and all camp days, follow individualized support plans, communicate with supervisors and families, collaborate with counselors, supervise activities and transit, write weekly progress reports, and uphold camp values and safety protocols.

Provide direct supervision and individualized support for K–5 after-school students, especially neurodivergent children. Assist group leaders and swim instructors, implement behavior-management plans, communicate with support coordinator and families, participate in activities, attend orientation and meetings, and ensure safety and inclusion throughout the program year.
