Leads social work and case management services for children and families, providing clinical oversight, staff supervision, crisis response, therapy programs, professional development, internship management, documentation, data oversight, and community partnerships. Develops trauma-informed programs and collaborates with early childhood, education, and agency leaders to address behavioral, emotional, and practical needs.

Leads operations and educational programming at a community school site, advising school leadership and coordinating agencies, teachers, families, and community partners. Organizes team meetings, supports school planning, tracks student outcomes and attendance, coordinates assessments and interventions, manages contract data systems, facilitates family engagement, and connects students to health, mental health, counseling, and enrichment services.

Overnight monitor at a 100-bed OASAS residential treatment facility providing safety oversight, medication oversight, crisis intervention, floor checks, HRA/STARS data entry, and administrative shift reporting within a part 820 model of care.
