Drive rigorous learning, experimentation, and product governance to reach ambitious user, impact, and cost targets.

Lead and scale Educate!'s communications function: set strategy tied to fundraising, manage a small team, run editorial and media relations, translate evidence into funder-facing narratives, build content systems, and drive executive visibility to increase revenue and influence.

The People Operations Manager will oversee recruitment, employee experience, performance management, compliance, and HR administration, ensuring a culturally aligned, compliant, and high-performing team in Tanzania.
