Teams at Educate!

Provides senior, part-time people advisory support to the CEO and executive team. Advises on organizational design, succession, restructures, exits, performance, grievances, investigations, employment law, policy application, team dynamics, and cross-cultural collaboration across four African countries. Coaches leaders, facilitates team sessions, and shapes communications for sensitive people decisions. The role is fully remote, consultancy-based, and approximately 10–12 hours per week.

Own release readiness and hands-on exploratory, functional, and regression testing. Define QA standards, test plans, acceptance criteria, bug frameworks, and quality gates. Evaluate and implement end-to-end testing tools, maintain automated test suites, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, track coverage, and promote developer accountability for unit and integration testing. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders to identify risks, improve processes, and ensure reliable production releases.

The Senior Development Manager will drive fundraising goals through relationship management, proposal development, donor visits, and strategic projects support, contributing significantly to Educate!’s revenue strategy and operations.
