Processes vendor payments, maintains general ledger records, performs bank and account reconciliations, tracks staff advances and receivables, ensures financial documentation and policy compliance, and trains staff on finance procedures. The role supports accurate reporting, internal controls, audit readiness, and responsible management of organizational funds.

Supports monitoring and performance data collection for youth programs in Tanzania. Responsibilities include coordinating frontline reporting, tracking and cleaning data, maintaining SurveyCTO and Google Forms systems, conducting data quality checks, preparing dashboards and reports, training users, troubleshooting tools, and conducting frequent field visits. The role requires strong organization, data skills, communication, independence, and willingness to travel to rural program sites.

Leads Uganda’s finance and operations functions, overseeing financial controls, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, donor reporting, procurement, logistics, compliance, audits, risk management, and statutory obligations. The role manages finance, operations, and procurement teams; improves systems and processes; ensures effective field support; and partners with organizational leaders on business decisions. Candidates need progressive finance and procurement experience, people-management experience, professional accounting credentials, donor-funded and multicurrency operations experience, and strong systems orientation.
