The CFO/Global Director of Finance will oversee strategic financial operations, build lean financial systems, drive sustainable growth, ensure compliance, and lead external financial reporting for Educate!

Lead SIFA's product strategy and team to scale an AI-powered digital coaching product from MVP to large-scale impact. Own investment cases, evidence generation (including RCT readiness), CPY modeling, data architecture, cross-functional alignment, stakeholder management, and delivery of mobile-first coaching journeys (WhatsApp, SMS, web). Drive rigorous learning, experimentation, and product governance to reach ambitious user, impact, and cost targets.

Lead and scale Educate!'s communications function: set strategy tied to fundraising, manage a small team, run editorial and media relations, translate evidence into funder-facing narratives, build content systems, and drive executive visibility to increase revenue and influence.
