Reviews customer requirements and RFQs for feasibility, manufacturability, quality, and pricing; prepares quotations; answers technical questions; coordinates with sales, product, manufacturing, and assembly teams; reviews purchase order requirements; and identifies imaging sales opportunities. Supports customer visits and industry trade shows approximately two to three times annually.

Manages multiple mid-sized to large optical assembly projects from initiation through production across global facilities. Responsibilities include planning, customer communication, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, specifications, testing, quality, and change management. The role leads project meetings, tracks milestones and dependencies, resolves conflicts, develops project-management practices, and mentors earlier-career project managers. Collaboration with customers, product leaders, engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams is required.

Leads planning, execution, and governance for complex ecommerce and web technology programs. Manages roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, vendors, development queues, tickets, and implementation partners across multiple concurrent initiatives. Coordinates cross-functional teams, drives accountability, resolves blockers, communicates program status, and improves delivery processes. The role supports ecommerce transformation efforts involving redesign, search, personalization, analytics, integrations, checkout, product information, and digital asset management.

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration layers for a modular ecommerce platform. Integrate personalization, semantic and LLM search, DAM, PIM, SAP/HANA, ERP, analytics, and customer data systems. Use AI coding agents throughout development while validating code quality, security, performance, and reliability. Design scalable APIs, automated testing, observability, and reusable architecture while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

Owns global demand generation across SEM, paid social, marketing automation, advertising, trade shows, PR, and emerging digital channels. Leads campaign execution, agency partnerships, lifecycle programs, analytics, budget management, and team coordination. Connects marketing performance to revenue and pipeline outcomes, collaborates across global and regional teams, scales new channels such as YouTube and AI-driven programs, and presents strategies and results to senior leadership.

Leads enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and deployment across manufacturing, engineering, sales, supply chain, and other functions. Builds and mentors AI teams, identifies high-value use cases, oversees projects from proof of concept through production, and ensures scalable infrastructure, security, responsible use, and measurable ROI. Partners with executives, analytics, IT, cybersecurity, vendors, and research organizations while evaluating emerging technologies such as computer vision, generative AI, agentic AI, and large language models.

Supports global sales operations through reporting, dashboard maintenance, CRM administration, territory alignment, data cleanup, process documentation, and performance tracking. Analyzes sales metrics to identify trends and anomalies, ensures data integrity, and collaborates with sales leaders and cross-functional teams on enablement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supports custom manufacturing sales by answering technical customer questions, reviewing RFQs for completeness and feasibility, entering requests into internal tools, identifying sales opportunities, and collaborating with Solutions Engineers on pricing and manufacturing capabilities. The role also involves technical document review, customer communication, content creation, data cleanup, policy compliance, and attending industry tradeshows up to two or three times annually.

Independently executes and improves quality assurance processes across manufacturing and inspection operations. Leads corrective actions, audits, control and inspection plans, metrology and calibration activities, statistical analysis, PPAP, FMEA, DOE, process capability studies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provides technical guidance and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, suppliers, and global teams to resolve complex quality issues and maintain compliant quality systems.
