Manage daily operations at a Florida manufacturing facility, including staffing, budgets, inventory, quality, delivery, purchasing, and employee development. Lead continuous improvement, 6S, capacity planning, KPI reporting, supplier qualification, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and other factories. Build organizational alignment, support customer quality engagements, implement factory policies, and use operational and financial data to drive strategic recommendations and performance improvements.

Supervise and develop a Customer Solutions team delivering support through phone, email, and chat. Manage staffing, schedules, workflows, service levels, quality, KPIs, escalations, and customer experience. Coach employees, support hiring and onboarding, resolve complex issues, maintain procedures, and identify process improvements. Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to address customer concerns involving orders, delivery, returns, pricing, and availability.

Leads Americas Marketplace sales strategy, revenue growth, forecasting, customer development, and commercial performance. Manages Sales, Customer Service, and Application Engineering teams, developing leaders and aligning functions around regional goals. Partners with Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, Sales Operations, and Supply Chain to identify growth opportunities, support strategic customers, and improve marketplace performance. Requires technical or B2B sales leadership experience, strong business acumen, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel.
