Leads recruitment, retention, onboarding, and engagement for associate and international member companies. Manages the membership sales pipeline, account portfolio, renewals, dues revenue, CRM records, engagement programs, communications, and reporting. Builds relationships with member contacts, coordinates events and resources, identifies growth opportunities, and collaborates across the organization. The role requires approximately 15% travel for meetings, conferences, member visits, and occasional international travel.

Leads Board of Directors meetings and committee activities from planning through follow-up, managing project plans, timelines, materials, logistics, action items, and records. Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Member Engagement Officer, including calendar management, correspondence, briefing materials, travel, expenses, and confidential information handling. Coordinates across divisions, supports events and administrative operations, and manages multiple deadlines involving senior executives.

Develops and executes digital content strategies across websites, social media, email, and multimedia channels. Manages social media operations, content calendars, audience engagement, analytics, SEO, and performance optimization. Collaborates with internal teams, member companies, designers, writers, and subject matter experts to support advocacy, thought leadership, reputation-building, and crisis communications. Also supports multimedia and web projects and identifies applications for AI tools.
