Jobs at Edison Electric Institute (EEI)

Manage post-sale sponsor and exhibitor fulfillment for EEI events, coordinating registration, shipping, logistics, billing, digital and physical sponsor deliverables, exhibitor communications, and on-site support. Maintain asset libraries, fulfillment trackers, and exhibitor records; partner with Event Technology, Registration, Event Operations, and Accounting teams. Support lead lists and outbound prospecting and assist Member Engagement & Events team tasks as needed.

Maintain expense accounting and GL accuracy, post monthly journal entries, perform reconciliations, and support audits. Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Partner with divisional leaders to provide financial insights, improve reporting processes, and support ad hoc analyses and special projects.

Serve as EEI's lead technical authority on transmission and distribution reliability. Lead technical committees, draft analytical evaluations and formal comments on NERC standards, shape EEI technical positions for FERC and DOE rulemakings, and proactively engage regulators and peers to identify and mitigate emerging grid risks.
