Own fleet-scale reliability, upgradeability, and operational excellence for an edge platform. Design and operate automated, secure lifecycle systems, observability, and incident response. Lead cross-domain, high-severity incident ownership, set production standards (SLOs/SLIs, change management), mentor engineers, and apply AI to accelerate diagnostics and operational workflows.

Design, validate, and ship production hardware platforms for edge AI systems. Lead silicon and component selection, system integration, security (secure boot, roots of trust), validation, certification, procurement, and supplier management to optimize reliability, performance, manufacturability, and total cost across fleet deployments.

Embed with customers to design, deploy, and operate edge AI solutions end-to-end. Integrate hardware, networking, sensors, data flows, and inference; diagnose cross-stack issues; build repeatable deployment playbooks; travel 25-50% to deliver measurable customer outcomes and feed product improvements back to engineering.

Design, build, and operate core data and streaming platform capabilities for edge and hybrid environments. Own ingestion, contextualization, streaming, schemas, contracts, validation, lineage, and internal telemetry systems. Build connectors for OT/IoT and enterprise systems, ensure reliability/observability, support production readiness, and partner with engineering and customer teams to scale durable data capabilities for AI and operations.

Build and operate production private AI platform capabilities (agentic/multi-agent systems, orchestration, auto fine-tuning, runtime/model optimization). Implement evaluation, monitoring, safety/rollback controls, developer-facing APIs, and tooling. Partner with data and infra teams to ensure reliable, performant AI inference in constrained edge environments.

Define scalable deployment patterns, playbooks, and success KPIs to maximize customer ROI and time-to-value. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, translate deployment learnings into repeatable delivery systems, produce field-grounded reference materials using AI, and eliminate delivery friction. Collaborate with engineering, product, FDEs, and commercial teams while traveling 25-50% to drive adoption, expansion, and measurable deployment outcomes.

Drive early-stage sales and partner development for Fortune 500/1000 accounts: qualify and nurture prospects, manage ISV and channel partnerships, produce thought leadership, and relay customer insights to product teams. Use AI tools to accelerate work and collaborate with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, KPIs, and pipeline velocity to advance opportunities to formal evaluations.
