Operate and maintain 11 kV and low-voltage electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, generators, ATS and UPS equipment. Perform switching, isolation, inspections, troubleshooting, emergency response and preventive maintenance. Supervise contractors, maintain statutory and technical documentation, ensure compliance with Malaysian electrical regulations, and support safe, reliable facility operations.

Operate and maintain 11 kV and low-voltage facility electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, generators, ATS and UPS. Perform switching, isolation, inspections, troubleshooting, emergency response and preventive maintenance. Supervise contractors, maintain statutory and technical documentation, ensure compliance with Malaysian electrical regulations, and support energy-efficiency initiatives. The role requires shift or on-call availability and involves a one-year renewable contract.

Oversee daily soft services operations, including cleaning, pest control, and waste management. Supervise site teams, coordinate vendors, monitor SLA and KPI performance, conduct inspections and audits, resolve incidents and complaints, ensure regulatory compliance, support cost and contract targets, and implement operational improvement and sustainability initiatives.
