Ensure regulatory compliance, liaise with clients and authorities, and maintain accurate records of electrical installations and inventory.

Perform preventive, routine, condition-based, and corrective maintenance on specialized mechanical equipment and facility systems. Record maintenance data in ASIS, coordinate goods and vendor work orders, verify invoices, and support testing, commissioning, and asset registration. Maintain plant rooms and workshops, prepare technical reports for the Ministry of Health, ensure quality and safety compliance, and support stakeholder management and customer satisfaction initiatives.
