Provide onsite case management and resident services at supportive housing properties: outreach, crisis intervention, one-on-one and group support, partnership development with community providers, program implementation, data tracking, and HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping to support independent living for high-needs residents.

Leads Eden Housing’s knowledge management program, including roadmap development, governance, content standards, stewardship, quality improvement, platform alignment, AI readiness, training, communication, and change adoption. Coordinates the Knowledge Council and cross-functional stakeholders, supports knowledge stewards, improves information findability and trust, and embeds knowledge practices into onboarding and daily workflows.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and close candidates; write postings; run assessments, reference and background/DOJ checks; develop hiring strategies, university relations, and referral programs; train hiring managers; manage metrics and third-party recruiters; support onboarding and new hire orientation; represent employer externally and maintain recruiting presence on social platforms.

Manage leaves of absence and workers' compensation claims, including FMLA eligibility, state disability processing, payroll coordination, recordkeeping, reporting, ergonomic assessments, new employee orientation, and HR administrative support. Ensure compliance with laws and OSHA, report WC claims within 24 hours, and support HR programs, training, and employee events.

Manage day-to-day operations of an affordable housing property including maintenance oversight, leasing and marketing, resident relations, staff supervision, financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Ensure occupancy, safety, vendor management, budget adherence, and timely reporting; coordinate with Property Supervisor and Resident Services.
