Assists the Community Manager with affordable housing occupancy and compliance operations. Processes move-ins, applications, waitlists, annual recertifications, income and asset documentation, regulatory files, inspections, project status reports, resident records, rent collection, maintenance scheduling, and office administration. Ensures compliance with HUD, tax credit, and other housing program requirements while providing professional resident service and maintaining organized property records.

Assists the Community Manager with daily operations of affordable housing properties. Responsibilities include office administration, maintenance scheduling, resident applications and recertifications, rent collection, banking, unit inspections, records management, compliance with HUD and other housing programs, status reporting, and resident communication. The role also supports property rules, maintains organized files and office operations, and promotes positive relationships with residents, staff, agencies, and the community.
