Provide AI programmatic guidance and technical assistance to overseas partner agencies, assess AI needs, develop roadmaps and governance frameworks, prioritize high-value AI use cases, ensure privacy/security/ethical practices, deliver training and stakeholder engagement, and support implementation with 20-30% international travel.

Develop and migrate enterprise PowerApps (canvas and model-driven), build mobile solutions, create connectors and Flows, integrate Power BI and Azure services, design databases, remediate security findings, test and deliver solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Perform end-to-end data science work for audit and investigative projects: clean and integrate structured/unstructured data, design experiments, build ML/NLP models, create visualizations and BI products, document results, support deployment and ETL pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders and other agencies to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and abuse.
