Supports customer records, segmentation, APIs, digital coupon platforms, reporting, documentation, beta testing, and after-hours incident triage. Serves as a subject-matter expert for customers, sales engagements, webinars, and product initiatives while maintaining SLAs and security practices.

Develops, customizes, tests, debugs, and maintains software applications for retail automation. Responsibilities include database design, SQL development, application testing and validation, performance improvements, documentation, customer and cross-functional consultation, and resolving hardware-software interface issues. The role requires Java proficiency, web and mobile development knowledge, REST API experience, and familiarity with relational databases.

Researches, designs, develops, trains, and deploys computer vision and machine learning models. Builds and maintains ML software, testing and validation processes, and documentation. Applies image and video processing, deep learning, and computer vision techniques across edge and cloud-based platforms while improving existing applications and performance.

Develops profitable customer relationships through prospecting, lead qualification, presentations, negotiation, closing, account management, and quota achievement. The role maintains CRM opportunities, grows existing business, represents ECRS at trade shows and customer accounts, and promotes retail automation products. Travel to regional and national trade shows and assigned customers is required.
