Drive new enterprise business nationally for a senior-living SaaS platform. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead qualification, software demonstrations, full-cycle sales, contract negotiation, outbound outreach, trade-show participation, CRM maintenance, relationship building with executives, and achieving sales quotas. The role collaborates with product, customer experience, finance, and marketing teams to support onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Prepare, format, modify, quality-check, and import customer documents, reports, and data files into a proprietary SaaS platform. Troubleshoot formatting and data-integrity issues, meet deadlines, communicate with customers and internal teams, and support reliable onboarding deliverables.

Build and own customer-facing analyses, dashboards, and reusable reporting for ECP Insights. Conduct customer discovery, define reporting needs, write SQL and Python or PySpark in Databricks, contribute dbt models, validate accuracy, explain methodologies, and help prioritize the product roadmap. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams while handling HIPAA-protected health information.

Build ECP’s platform organization and AI foundation, including agent tool surfaces, retrieval and context layers, model-serving paths, evaluation systems, and customer-facing agent workflows. Own shared identity, data, messaging, and event-driven services used across teams. Establish reliable interfaces between legacy ColdFusion and newer services, implement contract testing, optimize data performance, and support production systems handling governed clinical data in a multi-tenant HIPAA SaaS environment.

Lead strategic relationship-building with senior living investors, operators, and technology partners. Grow capital partnerships, expand the integration partner marketplace, and plan industry events to drive customer acquisition, partner value, and market presence.

Build and migrate clinical workflows from ColdFusion and AngularJS to a Node, React, and TypeScript platform on AWS. Own clinical domains end to end, including data modeling, automated testing, production deployment, and on-call support. Collaborate closely with product, apply AI-assisted development responsibly, improve query performance in a tenant-based SQL Server architecture, and deliver new capabilities for caregivers in a regulated healthcare-related environment.

Build and operate developer experience and platform foundations across ephemeral environments, CI/CD, AWS infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, feature flags, security scanning, observability, and AI-assisted development tooling. Create golden paths, improve build and test speed, consolidate pipelines, support multi-tenant HIPAA requirements, and carry pager responsibility for infrastructure used by engineering teams.

Manage customer relationships to maximize adoption, retention, and lifetime value of ECP SaaS products. Proactively engage customers, diagnose adoption friction, coordinate cross-functional solutions, handle escalations and billing questions, develop playbooks and success plans, collect customer feedback, and drive outcomes through outreach campaigns and data-driven insights.

Serve as a strategic technical advisor in the sales process: lead customized demos, translate operational challenges into solutions, complete RFPs/RFIs/security questionnaires, build demo environments, and partner with Sales and Product to scale Solutions Engineering and improve win rates.
