Conduct customer discovery, define reporting needs, write SQL and Python or PySpark in Databricks, contribute dbt models, validate accuracy, explain methodologies, and help prioritize the product roadmap. Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams while handling HIPAA-protected health information.

Leads and scales an outbound sales development organization responsible for cold outreach and lead generation. Manages recruiting, coaching, performance monitoring, strategy, processes, and targets. Partners with Sales and Marketing on campaigns, analyzes performance data, develops training materials, builds future account executive talent, identifies market opportunities, and adopts technology to improve SDR efficiency.

Lead and develop Customer Onboarding Specialists while improving onboarding processes, speed-to-live, customer outcomes, and expansion opportunities. Own the customer-facing OnRamp experience, including workflows, templates, reporting, and journey improvements. Manage project timelines, customer health, escalations, training engagements, change management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams. Travel averaging 50% or more is required.
