Produce fabrication files, create footprints, maintain component libraries, ensure compliance with IEC/CSA/UL, collaborate with mechanical/electrical/manufacturing teams, and optimize designs for electrical, thermal, and manufacturability requirements.

Lead mechanical and electro-mechanical new product development, perform FEA/CFD and DFM/DFMEA reviews, author validation tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers, estimate costs/timelines, and mentor junior engineers.
