Support manufacturing operations by designing and optimizing assembly, inspection, testing, tooling, and production processes. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, conduct root-cause analysis, improve workflows, create work instructions, and manage time studies, BOMs, and routings. Support new product development through design-for-manufacturability, PFMEA, tooling, and cost reduction. Apply statistical process control, DMAIC, FMEA, 8D, and other quality methods while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Designs production-ready PCBs for engine controllers, fuel systems, battery management systems, chargers, and telematics products. Responsibilities include PCB layout, Gerber and fabrication file generation, footprint and component library maintenance, design reviews, standards interpretation, and collaboration with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and vendor teams. The role requires optimizing electrical, thermal, packaging, regulatory, and manufacturing performance.

Lead mechanical and electromechanical product development from concept through validation. Perform FEA, CFD, design reviews, DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM reviews, and tolerance analysis. Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, sales, quality, customers, and suppliers. Develop validation test specifications, support testing, estimate product costs and timelines, and serve as the product technical expert.
