Leads FP&A across Econergy’s European renewable energy portfolio, owning budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting. Integrates project-level cash flows into consolidated forecasts and partners with leadership, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and operational teams. The role requires strong project finance knowledge, commercial judgment, hands-on model building, and the ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly.

Analyzes revenue forecasts, portfolio performance, hedging, contracts, power markets, regulations, and commercial risks for battery energy storage assets. Develops data-driven recommendations, supports investment cases and project design, coordinates external advisors, and contributes to improved data, AI, reporting, and forecasting tools across UK and European markets.

Supports international mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and corporate transactions related to renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, overseeing legal due diligence, identifying and mitigating risks, coordinating external advisors, supporting post-closing integration, and managing corporate governance matters.

Manage the enterprise software ecosystem, optimize workflows, monitor integrations and system logs, troubleshoot synchronization issues, and support practical AI adoption. Oversee outsourced IT support vendors, SLAs, software procurement, contracts, licenses, and vendor records. Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, license assignments, and role-based privileges through Okta while meeting SOX and IT audit requirements. Document processes, train users, and partner with global stakeholders to improve technology adoption.

Build, maintain, optimize, and stress-test complex project, portfolio, and corporate financial models for a European renewable energy portfolio. Support M&A, partnerships, credit rating submissions, valuations, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Translate model outputs into decision-ready materials for finance leaders and executives, while partnering with asset management, corporate development, and accounting to align assumptions with operational and market realities.

Build and maintain financial models, conduct sensitivity analyses, support valuation and structuring of energy assets and PPAs, perform market research, prepare investment memos, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform investment decisions.

Lead commercialisation of battery assets across their lifecycle: design route-to-market, select optimisers, negotiate long-form offtake/optimisation agreements, align commercial structures with technical design and financing, support project financing, define KPIs, and ensure operational handover and governance.

Lead global rollout and optimisation of Priority ERP across finance and operations. Gather requirements, manage external implementation partner, design approval flows and controls (ITGC/SOX), oversee integrations, drive adoption through training and documentation, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
