Own the company’s financial administration, including accounts receivable, collections, accounts payable, payment batches, invoice coding, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support. Work independently with an external accountant, maintain audit-ready records, resolve billing queries, review financial allocations, and improve processes while reporting to the Financial Controller in a permanent 24-hour-per-week role.
