Lead pan-African prepaid card operations across 33 affiliates, managing settlement, reconciliation, dispute resolution, ageing item clearance, Xpress Cash settlement, training and onboarding for new prepaid partnerships, and governance/compliance reporting to ensure SLA adherence and operational standards.

Manage design, implementation, administration, tuning, and support of Cloud, UNIX/Linux, IBM Power/AIX, and enterprise storage systems. Ensure high availability, performance, capacity planning, disaster recovery, automation, and compliance. Lead technical projects, perform root-cause analysis, provide level 2/3 support, and develop operational procedures and documentation while mentoring junior staff.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle of digital banking channels/products across affiliates: define roadmaps, translate to technical executions, monitor KPIs, resolve issues, ensure compliance and security, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure software. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, contribute to architecture and microservices, collaborate in Agile teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement including CI/CD, testing, and cloud adoption.

Leads Ecobank Rwanda’s HR function and country people strategy, advising executive leadership on workforce planning, organization design, talent, succession, performance, compensation, employee relations, culture, governance, and people risk. Oversees HR operations, payroll, HRIS, compliance, reporting, employee experience, and team development while ensuring alignment with regional and Group HR standards. Partners with management, the Board, regulators, auditors, and control functions in a regulated banking environment.
