Manages local corporate banking relationships, drives business development and revenue growth, develops account plans, supports cross-selling, and ensures high service quality. The role coordinates with global and regional account managers, assesses client and credit risks, supports pricing and credit applications, and ensures compliance with regulatory, AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC/CDD, and correspondent banking requirements.

Leads group-wide internal control monitoring and risk control programs across products and support functions. Designs review plans, virtual RPC governance, scenario analysis, analytics-enabled control monitoring, and reporting. Advises executives, coordinates affiliate control teams, oversees branch reviews, supports digitization projects, investigates control issues, and promotes a strong risk and control culture. Requires extensive financial-institution experience, managerial leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in internal control, risk management, audit, financial control, or compliance.

Analyze, clean, transform, validate, and interpret structured and unstructured business data. Develop predictive models, dashboards, reports, data policies, governance standards, and quality controls. Collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, database teams, and analysts to source reliable data, define requirements, improve models, and deliver actionable insights using Power BI, SQL, Python, and R, primarily within banking.
