Lead country IT strategy and delivery, overseeing architecture, applications, security, risk, infrastructure, vendors, budgets and compliance. Act as trusted advisor to business leaders, ensure service continuity, SLAs and audit readiness, and report IT performance to the Regional CIO while driving IT capability enhancement and project implementations.

Manage and nurture relationships with remittance and fintech partners, drive revenue growth, develop joint business plans, monitor partner performance, resolve issues, coordinate with internal teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and stay informed on industry trends to improve partner retention and satisfaction.
