Manages the bank’s network and systems infrastructure across offices, branches, ATMs, and disaster recovery sites. Responsibilities include Cisco networking, next-generation firewalls, Windows and Linux servers, Azure services, VMware virtualization, backups, business continuity, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, patching, incident and change management, vendor coordination, and operational reporting. The role ensures availability, security, compliance, capacity, documentation, and alignment with group technology standards and regulatory requirements.

Manages the bank’s operational and fraud risk frameworks, including risk assessments, RCSAs, KRIs, incident and loss data, fraud monitoring, control reviews, remediation tracking, and governance reporting. The role provides independent challenge to business units, assesses risks from new products and technology changes, supports fraud investigations, coordinates policy and action-plan implementation, and reports significant risks to management and board committees.

Leads the affiliate’s independent second-line risk function as CRO equivalent. Oversees enterprise, credit, market, liquidity, operational, technology, cyber, compliance, regulatory, and sustainability risks; advises executives and the Board; manages risk appetite, stress testing, remediation, reporting, regulatory engagement, and risk governance. The role also leads risk personnel, challenges strategy and business performance, improves controls and processes, and supports sustainable growth within approved risk appetite.
