Plans, publishes, governs, and optimizes digital content across websites, intranet, email, and other channels. Manages content standards, workflows, accessibility, SEO, analytics, audits, metadata, and lifecycle activities while partnering with stakeholders to improve engagement, usability, compliance, and search performance. The role also troubleshoots web publishing issues, supports internal communications, and maintains user-centered digital experiences.

Assists defaulted student loan borrowers through inbound and outbound calls, explains repayment options, establishes sustainable payment arrangements, and supports borrowers in returning to good standing. Documents accounts accurately, performs skip tracing, follows FFEL regulations, meets productivity and quality goals, resolves repayment challenges, and escalates complex cases while providing empathetic customer service.

Supports integrated marketing and sales initiatives through campaign execution, content creation, lead generation, event coordination, sales enablement, market research, CRM management, and performance reporting. Partners with sales and cross-functional teams to engage higher education stakeholders, generate qualified opportunities, improve outreach, and support growth for student-success solutions.

Plans and executes IT risk and compliance reviews, vendor security assessments, control testing, audit support, and remediation tracking. Evaluates security controls across cloud environments, identifies risks and weaknesses, prepares findings and reports, and develops compliance documentation. Partners with procurement, legal, management, auditors, and business stakeholders to address risks and improve information system controls. Provides guidance on compliance activities and communicates complex risk concepts clearly.

Performs month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, investment accounting, variance analysis, and audit and tax support. The accountant maintains accurate workpapers, coordinates cross-functional inputs, supports FP&A activities, and improves accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting. The role requires foundational GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and ownership of assigned accounts in a complex, multi-entity financial services environment.

Leads IT risk and compliance reviews, control testing, risk assessments, audits, FISMA and SOC readiness, penetration testing, vendor security assessments, and security awareness initiatives. Evaluates controls across cloud, identity, vulnerability management, data protection, change management, and SDLC domains. Documents findings, recommends corrective actions, monitors remediation, improves governance practices, advises stakeholders, and mentors junior team members.

Provides enterprise-level technical leadership for complex Java application development. Designs secure, scalable, highly available systems; guides architecture, integrations, cloud solutions, development standards, and implementations. Partners with stakeholders, mentors developers, leads code reviews, resolves high-impact technical issues, supports modernization and cloud-native initiatives, and ensures regulatory and security alignment. Requires deep Java, Spring, AWS, SQL, software architecture, and technical leadership expertise.

Supports enterprise budgeting, forecasting, financial close, reporting, reconciliation, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Develops dashboards, management presentations, and actionable insights for leadership and business partners. Analyzes financial and transactional data, identifies trends and risks, recommends adjustments and process improvements, and partners with stakeholders to improve reporting accuracy and organizational performance.
