Maintain Zoho Books records, support GST/TDS compliance, monitor cash and revenue integrity, prepare MIS data, and assist with financial reporting. The role also involves enforcing controls, documenting SOPs, improving finance workflows, and using AI and automation to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Drive core HR processes including employee engagement, HR operations, onboarding, documentation, employee query resolution, recruitment coordination, performance review tracking, policy support, and manager enablement. Serve as a key employee contact while maintaining accurate records, supporting consistent people processes, and improving workplace culture and employee experience.
