Provides administrative support to managers, employees, visitors, and project teams. Responsibilities include phone coverage, heavy data entry, document organization, spreadsheet maintenance, meeting and event coordination, calendar tracking, office supply purchasing, permit tracking, basic billing and account reconciliation, front desk relief, and routine correspondence. Requires strong organization, accuracy, customer service, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Processes and reconciles payroll for bargaining employees, including taxation, garnishments, time and attendance, manual checks, imports, certified payroll, compliance reporting, employment claims, and new-hire packets. Responds to employee payroll inquiries, researches discrepancies, validates reports, and prepares financial and operational reports. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, customer service, and proficiency in Word and Excel.

Coordinates estimating process governance, technology administration, data stewardship, testing, reporting, documentation, training, and continuous improvement. Maintains estimating databases, assemblies, workflows, standards, reports, and controlled records. Partners with estimating, IT, purchasing, operations, and software providers to implement system changes, conduct user-acceptance testing, resolve data-quality issues, support training, and improve adoption of approved tools and processes.

Coordinates contract review, negotiation, execution, compliance, and retention. Reviews agreements for legal, financial, insurance, operational, and business risks; prepares revisions; manages flow-down provisions; supports project teams and legal counsel; coordinates insurance documentation; and maintains accurate contract records and approvals.

Develop and execute business development strategies for the Puget Sound electrical construction market. Build relationships with owners, developers, contractors, and industry partners; identify and manage project opportunities; support proposals and pursuits; maintain opportunity pipelines and forecasts; provide market intelligence; and drive revenue through consultative sales and client retention. The role requires extensive regional travel, strong electrical construction knowledge, and collaboration with operations, estimating, preconstruction, and executive teams.

The BIM Modeler 3 performs modeling tasks for project delivery, creates detailed drawings, and works with Revit and other design software.

The BIM Modeler 2 will provide modeling for project delivery, create detailed drawings, and assist with Revit setup and standards adherence.

Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers on construction projects: maintain project documentation, bid and subcontract logs, billing (pay apps, SOV, lien waivers, certified payroll), permits, submittals, RFIs, change management, and O&M packages; assist with front desk duties, project start-ups and close-outs.
