The BIM Modeler 3 performs modeling tasks for project delivery, creates detailed drawings, and works with Revit and other design software.

Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers on multiple construction projects: manage project documentation, bid and subcontract tracking, billing (lump sum and T&M), permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, insurance/bonding/certified payroll compliance, and assist with project start-ups, close-outs, and pre-construction planning.

Provide general administrative and front-desk support including answering phones, heavy data entry, organizing project documentation, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, scheduling and coordinating meetings/events, tracking calendars, assisting purchasing and permits, preparing routine correspondence, and supporting project teams with administrative tasks.
