Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers on construction projects: maintain project documentation, bid and subcontract logs, billing (pay apps, SOV, lien waivers, certified payroll), permits, submittals, RFIs, change management, and O&M packages; assist with front desk duties, project start-ups and close-outs.

The Project Coordinator 1 supports project management in construction, handles documentation, billing processes, and assists in compliance and project tracking tasks.

The MIS Systems Support I position involves providing technical support for hardware, software, and telecommunication systems while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installations, maintaining inventories, and updating user guides.
