Coordinates contract review, negotiation, execution, compliance, and retention. Reviews agreements for legal, financial, insurance, operational, and business risks; prepares revisions; manages flow-down provisions; supports project teams and legal counsel; coordinates insurance documentation; and maintains accurate contract records and approvals.

The Senior Project Coordinator collaborates with leadership to train and manage project coordinators, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance across multiple projects, while supporting various project stakeholders in administrative and operational tasks.

Develop and execute business development strategies for the Puget Sound electrical construction market. Build relationships with owners, developers, contractors, and industry partners; identify and manage project opportunities; support proposals and pursuits; maintain opportunity pipelines and forecasts; provide market intelligence; and drive revenue through consultative sales and client retention. The role requires extensive regional travel, strong electrical construction knowledge, and collaboration with operations, estimating, preconstruction, and executive teams.
