Applications Engineer responsible for site planning, technical system design, CAD drawings, customer specifications, technical proposals, RFP responses, and technical due diligence for fuel-cell power projects serving data centers and industrial customers. The role coordinates customers, EPCs, utilities, gas suppliers, and financing partners; provides technical inputs for financial models; and establishes reusable design standards, proposal templates, and compliance processes.

Own the integrated portfolio schedule for 15–25+ global projects, including dependencies, critical paths, capacity, risks, issues, and change management. Establish project governance and operating cadences, implement and administer a project management platform, and build automated dashboards for leadership reporting. Coordinate Swiss engineering with US manufacturing, supply chain, customer deployment, and finance while driving milestone accountability and escalation. Work onsite in Houston with regular international and site travel.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for industrializing fuel cell products in Houston, transferring processes from Switzerland, commissioning assembly and roll-to-roll equipment, developing controlled work instructions, qualifying processes, supporting partner sites, resolving production issues, and improving OEE, throughput, yield, and cost using Lean methods. The role is hands-on, onsite, and requires 30–50% travel during the first year.

Plan, coordinate, and drive complex engineering and industrialization projects from concept through delivery. Define scope, milestones, budgets, and deliverables; coordinate procurement, engineering, and production; manage risks and dependencies; communicate with stakeholders and external partners; produce status reports; and improve project management processes and tools.

Owns the functional safety lifecycle for fuel cell systems from concept through release. Leads hazard and risk analyses, defines safety goals and requirements, verifies safety mechanisms and diagnostics, performs SIL/PL/ASIL calculations, prepares certification documentation, interfaces with authorities and customers, and coaches engineering teams on safety practices.
