Plan, coordinate, and drive complex engineering and industrialization projects from concept through delivery. Define scope, milestones, budgets, and deliverables; coordinate procurement, engineering, and production; manage risks and dependencies; communicate with stakeholders and external partners; produce status reports; and improve project management processes and tools.

Develop and validate control strategies, models, algorithms, state machines, and safety logic for fuel cell systems and containerized power supplies. Translate Simulink prototypes into industrial TIA Portal Step 7 code, implement controllers for thermal, air, fuel, and power subsystems, and support MIL testing. Collaborate with embedded, test, and electrical engineers while mentoring the control team and improving product performance, efficiency, and robustness.

Industrialize fuel cell products and develop semi-automated production lines. Responsibilities include designing and commissioning assembly equipment, developing manufacturing processes and work instructions, specifying tooling and fixtures, leading installation and validation, troubleshooting production issues, supporting design-for-manufacture, and improving OEE, throughput, quality, and costs through Lean methods. This is a full-time, on-site role in Nyon, Switzerland.

Owns the functional safety lifecycle for fuel cell systems from concept through release. Leads hazard and risk analyses, defines safety goals and requirements, verifies safety mechanisms and diagnostics, performs SIL/PL/ASIL calculations, prepares certification documentation, interfaces with authorities and customers, and coaches engineering teams on safety practices.

Optimize workflows, production layouts, material flow, capacity, labor standards, and productivity across semi-automated fuel cell manufacturing operations. Conduct time studies, line balancing, and capacity planning; lead Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives; support ergonomic workstation and factory layout design; develop efficiency and cost KPIs; and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and planning teams.

Designs high- and low-voltage electrical systems for containerized, grid-connected fuel-cell power products. Responsibilities include developing schematics and single-line diagrams, specifying switchgear, transformers, inverters, cabling, grounding, and grid-connection equipment, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting panel building, commissioning, testing, and site integration. The engineer collaborates with control, software, mechanical, and thermal teams.

Designs, integrates, tests, troubleshoots, and commissions electrical systems for fuel cell power systems, test benches, prototypes, and related equipment. Responsibilities include creating schematics and wiring documentation, selecting and sizing components, integrating power distribution and instrumentation, interfacing with PLCs and control systems, supporting validation and commissioning, and improving designs based on testing and field feedback. The role is fully onsite in Nyon, Switzerland, with relocation required.
