Lead risk assessments, FMEA, HAZOP, hazardous-area evaluations, functional safety validation, certification strategy, type testing, and technical documentation. Manage notified bodies, NRTLs, classification societies, laboratories, budgets, schedules, and change control while supporting design reviews, supplier qualification, and regulatory compliance.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across the organization, including sourcing, interviews, offers, candidate experience, recruiting metrics, and applicant tracking. Support onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, HR reporting, payroll and benefits coordination, Swiss employment compliance, and scalable people processes. Partner with hiring managers, employees, leadership, and external advisors while handling confidential information and balancing competing priorities.
