Night-shift heavy-equipment mechanic for the Île d'Orléans bridge project. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic failures, document interventions, conduct pre-use inspections, follow safety rules, and collaborate to ensure continuous operations.

Support the Project Manager to deliver heavy civil infrastructure projects safely, on schedule, and on budget. Assist with planning, scheduling, cost control, risk mitigation, contract and subcontractor management, safety and quality program implementation, procurement, progress billings, and site inspections.

Manage electrical subcontractors, submittals, cables, equipment installation, commissioning (FAT/SAT), decommissioning, QA/QC, scheduling and multi-discipline interfaces while ensuring safety and commercial administration.

Develop, maintain, and publish 3D BIM models and project-specific objects using Revit and Civil 3D. Support BIM governance, templates, and cloud collaboration. Provide coordination, visualization, clash detection, construction support (phasing, excavation, shoring, rebar, crane plans), quantity take-offs, and continuous improvement of BIM standards and workflows.

Prepare electrical drawings, specifications, and reports for distribution, protection, controls, and auxiliary systems on hydroelectric and dam projects. Ensure code compliance, coordinate engineering work, support project managers, perform QA of deliverables, evaluate systems and equipment, write reports, and implement design changes.

Manage contract administration for a large-scale construction project: develop and enforce contract compliance and change management processes, oversee claims mitigation, subcontract management, negotiation of change orders, pricing and entitlement documentation, maintain logs and records, train staff, and produce summary reports.

Develop compelling narratives, graphics, templates, and post-bid presentations. Manage cross-functional meetings, pursuit matrices, research, risk identification, and continuous improvement of boilerplates, resumes, and project profiles.

Support the Project Manager by tracking costs, schedules, and quantities; ordering materials; performing document control and reporting; inspecting work for standards; coordinating teams, suppliers and subcontractors; and assisting with field duties to ensure project delivery on time and on budget.
