Install, set up and remove road signage and traffic-control equipment at highway and road construction sites in the Quebec region. Prepare materials and equipment, load/unload and move trailers, follow safety procedures to protect workers and the public, and work individually or as part of a crew.

Design and approve traffic signage plans, supervise site traffic setups and phase changes, organize traffic maintenance meetings, review technical mobility documents, and improve planning and coordination practices for construction projects.

Provide legal support for construction projects: conduct legal research, draft and prepare contracts and legal documents, manage case files, assist with disputes and evidence collection, coordinate with stakeholders and external counsel, and perform administrative tasks for the legal department on-site.

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (procurement, construction, commissioning, validation) using MS Project or Primavera P6. Identify critical path, produce cash-flow curves, track baseline vs actual, generate weekly/monthly progress reports and KPIs, coordinate with project teams, and prepare the planning section of progress reports. Attend planning and site meetings as needed.

Support project teams by developing, updating and monitoring complex schedules for major infrastructure projects using Primavera P6 (and MS Project). Produce progress reports, performance indicators (SPI, CPI), cashflow curves, implement earned value management, identify critical path, coordinate stakeholders, and promote schedule-driven project controls and best practices across bidding, design, procurement and execution phases.

Manage full project cost-control lifecycle: set up projects, produce initial budgets, track hours/expenses/forecasts, evaluate change requests, coordinate with project teams, and prepare timely executive reports and dashboards for major infrastructure projects.

Manage commercial and contractual aspects of major construction and engineering projects: analyze contracts, support bid processes, negotiate and implement contract changes, resolve disputes, liaise with clients and legal, ensure ISO/process compliance, manage risks, support contract administrators and project teams through contract closeout.

Manage site administrative services under the project manager: supervise site clerks, process construction payroll, handle subcontractor orders, support superintendent/project manager on payroll/transportation/union issues, and develop administrative tools and processes for site operations.
