Plans, develops, monitors, and reports on construction project schedules across bidding, design, procurement, execution, and claims phases. Uses Primavera P6 and related tools to manage critical paths, baselines, earned value, cash flow, progress metrics, schedule risk, and forecasting. Coordinates stakeholders and operations teams, supports project reporting, standardizes scheduling practices, and attends planning and site meetings for major infrastructure projects.

Administers construction subcontract agreements from negotiation and execution through closeout. Responsibilities include monitoring contractual obligations, changes, claims, guarantees, payment quantities, cash flow, documentation, communications, and subcontractor performance. The role coordinates project meetings, supports commercial matters, negotiates modifications, manages retentions, and ensures compliance with contract requirements. Strong construction contract law, negotiation, organizational, business, and bilingual French-English communication skills are required.

Le contrôleur principal des coûts supervise le contrôle financier de projets de construction d’envergure. Il établit les budgets, suit les coûts, échéanciers, engagements et changements contractuels, prépare les prévisions financières et analyse les indicateurs de performance et la valeur acquise. Il identifie les écarts, risques et mesures correctives, présente les rapports à la direction et encadre les ressources de contrôle de projets.
