About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build eBacon's product marketing function and guide new products and features from development all the way to market success. This is the first product marketing role at eBacon. You'll work with product, sales, marketing, and operations so every release launches smoothly, is positioned well, and has the support it needs to grow.
This is a hands-on role. One day you might run a customer demo, the next you might build a performance scorecard or shape a new landing page. You'll also be the voice of the customer after launch, reporting what's working, what isn't, and what customers are asking for next.
We're an AI-forward team, and we expect this person to be too. You'll use AI tools every day to move faster on launch content, sales enablement, and customer research.
What You'll Own First
We have a pipeline of new features ready for release. Your first priority is getting them to market: building the rollout plan for each feature, preparing clients for what's coming, and training sales, support, and operations teams so they're ready on day one. Along the way, you'll turn that work into a repeatable launch process for every release that follows.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch and Go-to-Market
- Take products and features from development through sales, marketing, and operational rollout, making sure each team is ready at launch.
- Build eBacon's launch process and go-to-market plans, including timelines, messaging, positioning, and launch checklists.
- Coordinate with operations and support so processes, documentation, and training are in place before release.
- Deliver product demos to prospects, customers, and internal teams.
- Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, one-pagers, FAQs, and objection-handling guides.
- Train sales and customer-facing teams on new releases and how to position them.
- Help build and improve product webpages and landing pages, including copy, structure, and calls to action.
- Work with design, content, and web teams on campaigns, emails, and other launch materials.
- Keep product messaging clear and consistent across all channels.
- Build scorecards and dashboards that track adoption, revenue impact, pipeline, and engagement for each release.
- Define success metrics before launch and measure results against them.
- Find trends, gaps, and opportunities in the data.
- Collect customer feedback and ideas after launch through interviews, surveys, sales conversations, and support data.
- Report regularly to leadership and cross-functional teams on what's working, what isn't, and what to do next.
- Partner with the product team to turn customer insights and feature requests into roadmap input.
- Use AI tools to speed up launch content, including webpage copy, sales materials, emails, and launch messaging, while keeping quality and brand voice high.
- Apply AI to analyze customer feedback, survey responses, and sales call transcripts to find themes and insights faster.
- Use AI for competitive research, market analysis, and building scorecards and reports.
