Coordinates daily office operations for a dealership by maintaining organized shared spaces, managing supplies, mail, calendars, events, and documents. Provides administrative support to leadership and accounting teams, communicates with vendors, handles local errands, and identifies workplace needs. The role requires organization, dependability, initiative, confidentiality, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform light physical tasks.

Arranges vehicle financing, presents ownership products, structures and desks deals, submits contracts to lenders, makes credit decisions, closes transactions, ensures legal compliance, prepares documentation, audits completed deals, and expedites contract funding. The role requires dealership finance knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, professional presentation, a valid driver’s license, and satisfactory driving record.

Administers employee benefit programs, including payroll, health insurance, 401(k) enrollment, eligibility, and benefit changes. Serves as the primary contact for employee questions and coordinates with dealership leadership, accounting, insurers, retirement advisors, and external administrators. Ensures benefit information is accurate and deadlines are met, with additional support during open enrollment, annual plan administration, and periods of increased hiring.

Build relationships with customers to match them with Ford and Lincoln vehicles, deliver test drives and presentations, use consultative sales techniques, follow up after sale, meet performance goals, work flexible hours including Saturdays, and learn product and sales skills through training.

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, top off fluids, inspect/replace filters and brakes, use hand and power tools, operate diagnostic equipment, and communicate with teammates in a fast-paced team environment. Training provided; pathway to advance into main service or mobile vans.
