Respond to user queries via chat, calls, and email; coordinate with Operations to manage expectations; contribute insights to user experience reports; assist with voucher fulfillment and liaise with vendors and internal teams.

Create content and manage social media accounts to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. Support performance marketing, review campaign data and share insights. Coordinate with HQ and agencies to manage ads across Facebook, TikTok, App Store, and Google. Assist in planning marketing campaigns and engaging localized content for APAC. Perform other assigned marketing projects.

Support the sales team by generating and qualifying leads, conducting high-volume cold calls, nurturing prospects across verticals, logging activity in Salesforce CRM, and setting appointments for sales meetings. Collaborate with sales members to build prospect lists and grow the sales pipeline.
