Develop new business opportunities for an executive recruitment firm by engaging CEOs, CFOs, investors, founders, and other senior decision-makers. Build trusted relationships, identify leadership hiring needs, conduct consultative outreach, qualify prospects, book meetings, nurture opportunities, communicate recruitment capabilities, and maintain an organized CRM pipeline.

Drive client growth across outsourcing and staffing markets by prospecting, managing full sales cycles, selling tailored outsourcing and talent solutions, negotiating contracts and fees, and building long-term client partnerships. The role owns revenue and pipeline targets, supports recurring engagements, coordinates with recruitment and operations teams, and monitors client satisfaction, placements, service volume, profitability, and SLA performance.

Make outbound calls to U.S. and Canadian leads, qualify prospects, engage decision-makers, and book high-quality appointments. Consistently hit KPIs (calls, connects, appointments) and contribute to pipeline growth using CRM tools and strong objection-handling and communication skills while working EST hours.

Provide remote executive-level administrative and project coordination across multiple businesses and time zones. Monitor solar and battery projects in Australia, track tasks, invoices, and records, manage calendars and travel, act as point of contact with partners and government stakeholders, and maintain project trackers to keep priorities aligned and deadlines met.
